What makes you different from a typical commercial broker?
I start by qualifying the decision, not the property. My role is to determine whether a transaction should happen at all and, if so, structure it to support your intended outcome.
What is the best way to introduce someone to you?
An email introduction or brief call with context on who they are, how you are connected, the business or investment strategy, and why now, including key drivers and timing, is ideal. I will respond accordingly.
When should you confidently make referral introduction?
When a real estate transaction is tied to tapping equity or parking dry powder from a capital event, a 1031 exchange, funding equipment or expansion, or ownership restructuring due to estate matters, divorce, or partnership changes.
